Advertising is possible in the Syllabus and the Programme. Pricing is based upon the size of the advert and the position required within the document.
Syllabus
The Syllabus is produced in the Autumn for distribution to individuals, schools, teachers, societies and other groups. The Syllabus provides a list of each class to be offered in the following festival and also includes entry forms for all sections of the Festival. The document is A5 in size. Prices are as follows:
- Quarter Page – £12
- Half Page – £22
- Whole Page – £35
- Inside Front/Back – £50
- Outside Back – £50
- Opposite Preferred Subject – £50
Programme
The Programme is sold through Brian Taylor Music in the lead up to the Festival and also during the festival run. It provides details of where and when classes will run as well as the order in which the participants will perform. Programmes are often kept by the participants as souvenirs of the Festival. The document is A4 in size. Prices are as follows:

- Half Page – £50
- Whole Page – £75
- Inside Front/Back – £100
- Inside Back – £100
