Sponsor a Cup

The Wootton Bassett Arts Festival Committee would like every Winner to be presented with a cup to celebrate their achievement. Sponsor a cup and we will engrave it with your company/organisation’s name for posterity. There are three different Winners’ Cup packages to choose from:

  • Large – £100
  • Medium – £80
  • Small – £50

All Winners’ Cups will be engraved with the name of the sponsor’s organisation. Winners will be entitled to hold the cup for one year but will then be required to return them for use in subsequent years so this investment will continue to pay dividends for years to come.

Sponsor Medals

WBAF currently presents medals to class winners as something to keep once the trophy has been returned. We would like to extend this to include 2nd and 3rd places. Your support will be displayed on the website and in the festival programme. Medals need to be bought every year, therefore sponsorship of this would amount to £35 in 2011.

Sponsor Newsletter

WBAF produces a Newsletter which is sent to leaders of local clubs and organisations in the area. If you sponsor this for a year it will cost £25. You / your organisation (& logo) will be credited in each newsletter, on the website and in the festival programme.

Sponsor A-Board

WBAF would like to purchase an A-Board to be placed at the entrance to the Festival directing people to the performance areas. Sponsor the A-Board for 1 year and your organisation will be credited on the A-board, website and in the festival programme.  This will cost £100.

Sponsor Quick Screen

WBAF has one Quick Screen. It is displayed next to the stage during the Festival and taken to other events throughout the year. Sponsor the A-Board for 1 year and your organisation will be credited on the A-board, website and in the festival programme. This will cost £130 per year.

Sponsor Display Board at Art Exhibition

You can sponsor one of the exhibition display boards at the Art Exhibition for £100 per year. You / your organisation will be credited at the exhibition, on  the website and in the festival programme.

Host this website

Host our website for us free of charge on an annual basis and we will acknowledge this on the site. We are in the process of moving to a new sponsor so this opportunity will not be available until February 2012.

Sponsor non-competitive Concerts

WBAF hosts concerts from time to time (just for fun) but it does cost money to give people the opportunity to perform in public. Ask us when the next concert is coming up and you can sponsor the event. The cost will be £200 and you will be credited for your support of the event in the programme, on press releases and on the website.

Sponsor workshops

WBAF holds workshops to give the public a chance to learn about the arts from local experts. We have held creative writing and drama workshops in the past and are open to new ideas for the future. The cost to sponsor a workshop is £150 and you will be credited for your support of the event on press releases and on the website.

Sponsor Kentwood Choir Concert

The Kentwood Choir will perform a concert in aid of WBAF on Saturday 5th March. There are still costs to be covered though such as room hire. Sponsor this event and you will be credited for your support in the programme, on press releases and on the website. The cost will be £300.

Sponsor Wootton Bassett leg of SWINDON’S GOT TALENT co-hosted by Wootton Bassett Arts Festival

The Wootton Bassett leg is part of the much larger SWINDON’S GOT TALENT competition organised by the Swindon Advertiser and Swindon 105.5. If you would like to help us put this show on you will be credited for your support in the programme, on press releases, on our Facebook page, on Twitter and on this website. The cost will be £350.

Sponsor the Highlights Concert

The most outstanding performers of the Festival are invited to participate in a Highlights Concert in front of friends, family and local VIPs. Your support will be credited verbally on the night as well as in the programme, on the website and in press releases. The cost is £250.
